Absorbable Gelatin Powder is a sterile, biocompatible, and fully absorbable, designed to provide rapid control of diffuse bleeding during surgical procedures. Its highly porous and absorbent structure promotes fast clot formation, stabilizes bleeding sites, and helps maintain a clear operative field for improved surgical precision.
Specially developed for areas where conventional sponges or films are difficult to apply, ZICOSTAT Absorbable Gelatin Powder easily conforms to irregular surfaces, surgical cavities, bone defects, and deep tissue spaces. The powder can be applied directly, mixed with saline, or combined with thrombin for targeted haemostasis across a wide range of surgical applications.
Naturally resorbed by the body over time, ZICOSTAT eliminates the need for removal while supporting safe healing and minimizing foreign body reactions.
