Adverse events must be reported within 24 hours via email to medicalaffairs@zichorlifetech.com with subject line "ADVERSE EVENT — [Product Code]". Include patient details (de-identified), product lot number, date of use, and full description of the event. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and open a formal investigation.

Phase I clinical evaluation is underway at a partner academic medical centre. If you are a board-certified surgeon interested in participating in our upcoming Phase II programme, contact research@zichorlifetech.com with your institutional affiliation, relevant speciality, and caseload profile.
