Absorbable gelatin sponge is a sterile, biocompatible, and fully absorbable gelatin sponge designed for rapid and reliable haemostasis during surgical procedures. Engineered to control bleeding within minutes, it absorbs over 35 times its own weight in blood and fluids, helping surgeons maintain a clear and controlled operative field.

Manufactured under ISO 13485 standards, double packed, and gamma sterilized, ZICOSPON gelatin sponge provides safe, effective, and easy-to-use bleeding control across a wide range of surgical specialties. The sponge naturally liquifies within days and is completely absorbed by the body within 4–6 weeks, eliminating the need for removal.
